(“Essex”) has announced the closing of a Term Loan deal for Laser MD MedSpa, a leading provider of medical spa services, offering a full suite of aesthetic procedures and skincare products, including Body Contouring, Injectables, Laser Treatments, Skin Rejuvenation, and Weight Loss Injections. Proceeds were used to fund capex upgrades supporting continued top line growth, while enhancing the company’s ongoing working capital position.
